 Jon McDermott is one of those people who is passionate about his work. Since he was a small child he always knew he wanted to build,  and for more than 30 years Jon held an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License in the state of Massachusetts. As the head of his own Construction and Remodeling company, Jon built and remodeled everything from small Cape Cod style homes to 10,000+ square foot trophy homes, from Boston to the tip of Cape Cod. As a contractor and carpenter respected not only for his craft but his honesty and integrity, Jon was always in demand, booking out months in advance.

                     Since relocating to the Sarasota area, Jon has shifted his focus from framing and contracting to Home Services. As a Master Carpenter, Jon has seen and done it all. He now chooses to share his expertise by offering his clients a wide range of services including but not limited to: interior renovations, interior and exterior repairs, kitchen design and installation, interior framing, small roof repair, interior finish, and much more.

                     While Jon loves what he does, he equally loves working with his clients, and describes one of his favorite parts of his work as “seeing my clients happy”. 

                    Jon and his wife, Debbie, have three children and live in the Sarasota area. In his personal time, he loves cannonballing into the pool and going out on his Harley in search of the best Bloody Mary.
